Group Show Inquiry

The form below can be used to inquire about making reservations for a school or other group to visit the planetarium. We will respond to your inquiry by either phone or e-mail.
If you don't hear back from the planetarium, please contact us at (219) 650-5486. Since payment isn't due until the time of the show, we must have a signed commitment from the group leader in order to complete a reservation for a program.
Note: We check our e-mail during regular school hours (M-F, 7-3).

What dates and times would you like? What programs you would like to see? Any special requests? If you haven't arranged for a show previously, we will need your address.
The Merrillville Community Planetarium does not share the names, addresses, or phone numbers of our patrons with anyone else.
