28 Moons for Jupiter?

Scientists may have discovered 11 more moons orbiting Jupiter. That raises Jupiter’s total moon count to 28, just 2 moons less than Saturn at 30. If the scientists discoveries are correct, there are certainly many more moons in our solar system than previously believed. Many of the new discoveries are very small moons with irregular orbits, located in very remote orbits around the planet. The new discoveries still have to be proven to be moons before they can be officially counted.
